CPR/AED/FIRST AID AND BLS CLASSES

For more than 16 years, I have had the privilege of training and certifying thousands of professionals in life-saving emergency response skills. My experience includes providing CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS certification to fitness trainers, massage therapists, registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), first responders, educators, community organizations, and corporate teams.

As a Certified American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor, I am committed to delivering hands-on, evidence-based training that equips participants with the confidence and skills to respond effectively during life-threatening emergencies. My courses are engaging, practical, and designed to prepare individuals to act quickly when every second counts.

My passion for teaching extends far beyond the classroom. I was honored to receive a Certificate and Medal of Bravery after successfully helping save the lives of three individuals who experienced cardiac arrest simultaneously following a drug overdose. That experience reinforced my belief that proper training is more than a certification—it is the difference between life and death.
